Girls, Girls, Girls

Sourcing subjects from social media, modeling agencies, and street-casting, this project spans 3 years of photographing women in my personal studio.

“Girls, Girls, Girls” is about freedom. Confronting us with frank sexual expression, playfulness, and an indifference towards conventional notions of femininity—the girls in my photos define womanhood on their own terms.

My process is deeply reliant on risk, collaboration, and improvisation. I’m interested in the capacity for intimacy between photographer and subject, in the delicate nature of transient moments, and in embracing imperfect outcomes.
